How do we develop humility?
We observe the ways in which we are not expressing equality. In thought, word and emotion, and then take action to change it.
Individually and collectively this creates a ripple effect in human consciousness, making whatever we emit, prolific in the morphogenetic field.
When we put a being above us, we go against the natural way of humility.
When we put a being below us we go against the natural way of humility.
Honour ourselves, the Earth, then extend this to all living beings. That frees us from the trap of dishonour.
