As in all of my work, we begin disciplines on the physical level.
Remove:
1. Sugar (include alcohol, corn syrup/fructose, artificial sweeteners)
2. Wheat (and other grains if you are willing)
3. Pornography (include fear porn)
4. Scrolling
5. THC, Caffeine and/or other suppressive self medication.
After 7 days, you will begin to clear your mind.
Now go another 7 days…..
To stop fierce cravings when weaning off of sugar/alcohol/wheat, keep a handful of roasted pumpkin seeds available (they are also anti-parasitic) .
Eventually the patterns of biochemical addiction will cease. This is true freedom. Where we choose without compulsion.
