ELECTROMAGNETIC HEALTH
Disruption of our natural electromagnetic field of all life on earth is occurring like never before. Here are a few ways we can limit exposure to radiation.
Low orbit satellites (starlink and other companies), electric cars (tesla), 5G towers, smart meters, cell phones (all devices), ear buds, baby monitors, cordless telephone….the list is long.
By avoiding these things as much as possible, we can limit the damage done to our natural electrical field, especially the brain.
Keep our energetic field strong by being barefoot on grass or sand, and enjoying the sun daily. Here in Canada’s winter I sit on granite rock when it is too cold to be barefoot. This exchange of grounding and recharging is important to maintain a balance of electromagnetic energy.
Every step we take to protect ourselves from electromagnetic pollution is helping the immune system, both physical and energetic to do its job. Taking away the added stressers from technological radiation will reduce the damage done. I had developed a bad habit of taking my ipad to bed. During the last 43 Day Wholistic Fast (find it on this site), I decided to put my ipad away. I went from consistent disrupted sleep to sleeping long and hard, waking refreshed. I have since retired my ipad.
The disruptive blue light that is emitted from devices into our eyes, has direct influence on the brain. The light from the sun (especially sunrise and sunset) effects our circadian rhythm and the flow of cerebral spinal fluid. The use of devices especially after dark (all unnatural light) greatly effects this complex sleep/wake impulses (hormone production and delivery). I use blue light blocking glasses, and avoid devices after dark. As well as getting as much sun as possible throughout the day without sunglasses or sunscreen. The sun is different each day, as is our skin. Starting early in the spring to gradually build a base, protects against skin damage.
One of the greatest challenges we will have in the coming years (until it is well known), is the effects of technology.
