OXALATES

After discovering Sally K Norton 200+ videos on youtube, and getting her book TOXIC SUPERFOODS, I am on the path of safely decreasing oxalates in my diet to avoid detrimental symptoms that releasing stored oxalates can create. For instance, a spinach smoothie can have 1000 mg of oxalates, and the body can handle (depending on age and kidney function) approximately 150 per day. With juicing, potatoes, yams, almond flour, nut butters, chocolate, kiwi, grains etc…, this can create an extreme level of stored toxicity. I have been juicing celery every day for approx 4 years. 2 cups of celery juice (which I was doing) can have 700 mg of oxalate, and juicing makes them more bio-available. I knew there was a missing link, to my chronic inflammation, and I believe this is it. I have had improvements in only a few weeks. Thankfully I discovered Sally prior to my yearly rhubarb harvest, when normally I would eat it several times a week in the month of June. It is extremely high in oxalates. With the discovery of oxalates in the diet, I am intrigued about the crystals they create in the body, and see it is related to the crystaline structures we speak of in B.E., that hold memory, emotion and word patterns. I remain vigilant to the Healing Crisis (and the transmutation of surfacing suppression) as I stimulate the removal of them, and subsequent dissolution. Consciousness is the root of all things. Transmutation the way through. In the true spirit of B.E. physical principles are foundational. See where your diet needs upgrading to a lower oxalate intake.

        1. Hey,not 64 for a few more weeks. haha
          I haven’t dyed my hair since i sprayed Sun In when I was 16.
          Minerals keep the colour when the cerebral spinal fluid is flowing.
          This is why shock and trauma can make hair turn white suddenly.
          there are genetic influences as well.

    1. Learning what plant foods have high oxalate is essential to good health. Remove the biggies like spinach, chard, beets and beets greens, almonds and almond milk, potatoes (chips), peanut butter, cashews, chia, celery juicing, yams, quinoa, chocolate, kiwi, rhubarb, raspberries, turmeric drinks…. and eat high quality eggs, dairy, and meat.
