CHAGA CHAI

Bengal Spice (no caffeine) tea bags (or make a spice blend of your choosing) 5-7 teabags with 2 heaping tablespoons of Chaga with approx. 10 cups of water. Add cinnamon sticks. Brew in a slow cooker on high for 1 hour, on low for another hour. When half is drank, add more tea bags with 5 cups of water, brew again. Keep doing this until the flavour and colour of the chaga has waned.

This is a great replacement from depleting drinks like coffee and black tea. Caffeine free!
