Chaga Chai

I mix 7 Bengal Spice (no caffeine) tea bags with 2 heaping tablespoons of Chaga with approx. 10 cups of water. A cinnamon stick if desired. Brew in a slow cooker on high for 1 hour, on low for another hour. When half is drank, add 2 more tea bags with 5 cups of water, brew again. Keep doing this until the colour of the chaga has waned. This honours the plant medicine.


This is a great replacement from depleting drinks like coffee and black tea. Caffeine free!
