Botanical Formulas & Superfoods –
Video from Harmonic Arts on the Chaga Mushroom. Remember to use 3 times (or more), this is a non sustainable fungi if harvested and used inappropriately. Knowing how to harvest and use will help this already over harvested gift of the forest. Here is a great site with good information! https://chaga.ca/pages/chaga-harvesting
I make a chaga chai tea..one teaspoon of Chaga with a few chai tea bags will make dozens of good cups of tea..keep the brew going, add some cinnamon sticks etc. keep adding water and brewing until the colour and flavour wanes. We honour the medicine when we use it thoroughly.

OJIBWE DETOX- formerly known as Essiac + ~ 4oz-$55
The original botanical formula was shared with a nurse named Rene Caisse near Ottawa Ontario, Canada by an Ojibwe Medicine person in the 1930’s~ she spent her life sharing it and assisting all who asked. She named it Essiac , her name spelled backwards. The man she shared it with prior to passing, shared it with me in the 1980’s. I have been preparing and sharing ever since. To prepare- 1/2 cup formula- 11 cups spring water. low simmer for 20 minutes- strain. I use the formula 3 x’s prior to composting. The second/third brewing will of course be of lesser strength.
Drinking sufficient amounts of good quality spring water is essential while clearing. See personal story on Ojibwe Detox
