Kill Addictive Behaviour

First steps in changing compulsions, habits, addictions, is to become increasingly aware of their presence.

From here we can take action to end them.

This must be an ongoing process in today poisoned environment.

Electromagnetic pollution, subliminal mind control, chemicals in food, air and water, nanotech, metals, injectables etc…provide the vulnerability required to take away personal freedom.

We must do everything in our power to keep the body, mind and spirit as strong as possible. In that order.

Sugar is a strong addictive substance, that primes the body for parasites, fungi, the suppression of the immune system, etc. Holidays in the western world roll out the worst kind of poisons.

Do not be fooled.

Cleanup the diet, do everything we can to not interact with technology are the first steps to personal freedom.

Get outside in the sun.

Take a walk where the air is fresh.

Breath deep.
