If you meditate internally on this symbol you will eventually see it in three dimensions, moving in its perfection (the torus). This is the flow of the electromagnetic pulse present in all living things.
The Yang aspect (in my work) is the inner creative energies. We constantly feed it with thought and emotion, belief, patterns and programs (mostly unconscious). From this energy the Yang is projected into our outer reality. This is Yin- Life experience.
How we allow contamination of the Yang energies, determines the outcome of Yin. What we put into our bodies can make us vulnerable to contamination. Alcohol and drugs can thin the auric field allowing external influence for example. Thought, word and emotion fuel the energy of the torus field.
Enlightenment (the absence of resistance) comes gradually with great effort.
