7 DAY FAST FROM WHAT HOLDS YOU BACK

As in all of my work, we begin on the physical level.

Remove:

1. Sugar (including alcohol, corn syrup/fructose, artificial sweeteners)

2. Wheat (and other grains if you are willing)

3. Pornography (include fear porn)

4. Scrolling (especially at night)

5. THC, Caffeine and any other suppressive self medication.

After 7 days, you will begin to clear your mind.

Now go another 7 days…..

To stop fierce cravings when weaning off of sugar/alcohol/wheat, keep a handful of roasted, salted pumpkin seeds available (they are also anti-parasitic). Drink lots of lemon water.

Eventually the patterns of biochemical addiction will wane. This is true freedom. Where we choose without compulsion.
