A thought, word or deed that attaches anything less than love to anything or anyone.
When may we be free of such judgements?
By watching for and releasing those thoughts words and deeds as they are made manifest in our reality. Here we have the opportunity to continue to resist or release as they happen.
How do we release judgement?
By honestly and authentically loving, being grateful for, and forgiving whatever surfaces in thought, word and deed.
Principle of Transmutation-Lovingly and willingly endure all things.
Our enemies our our resisted thought, word and deed.
All thought has an emotional component.
