HOW SUNSHINE, (LIGHT), MAGNETISM (POLARITY), and WATER Effect Your Life.

Basically- Light plays a major role in our circadian rhythm. When we see the sunrise/sunset (half hour after and before), and sun on and off throughout the day (without sunglasses and sunscreen), while wearing blue blocking glasses (especially on devices)….while minimizing artificial light (especially LED’s and devices) after sunset we can keep our mitochondria fed while supporting the circadian rhythm (spinal flow).

Grounding/charging our natural electromagnetic flow is facilitated by bare feet, or here in the winter I sit outside on a large granite rock.

Water as close to its natural state as possible. One of my favourite things to do is spend as much time as possible at the beach. All three of these powerful influences are present there.
