If we look for something wrong, that is what we will find.

It is in the attachment to expectation that many unconscious patterns are perpetuated.

If we complain, we will find things to complain about.

If we look for ways in which to be disappointed, then disappointment we will find.

These are patterns of emotion that require transmutation.

This is where justification can come into play. Look for the ways in which we justify our actions, or others. We can discover a lot this way.

Work with the practice of transmutation. This takes time and effort, yet in retrospect we can observe our self progressing. The patterns become conspicuous in their absence.
