I produces V-tea a few years ago when looking for a healthy alternative to coffee. Here are the ingredients and brewing instructions.

Turmeric, Ground Ginger, Shatavari, Ashwaganda, Cardamom.

Teaspoon of mixture. Add half cup of boiling water- hand whip. Add coconut milk- hand whip til frothy. Finish with a dash of cardamom and or fresh ground pepper.
