To be true to the word is an ongoing evolution. We have many layers to ‘the word’.
1. The internal dialogue that constantly runs. This has many levels of unconsciousness in it.
2. Language, sound (vibration) and tone.
Practicing awareness of the inner thought, feeling and word is stepping stones to transmutation (change). See how thought leads to word. Feel what is present in the word. When we choose to speak or write, be present to the feelings. We move upscale when emotion is consciously changed. In self observation we may learn a lot from the continuous word patterns and emotion we see and feel. These are often born from resisted experience. By knowing we create all experience to learn, it is easy to surrender to change. Practically, we may choose to make conscious effort to be true to our word. Self forgiveness, forgiveness of others is a constant.
