Removing foods high in carbohydrates (turns to glucose) is also a must. Combine this with intermittent fasting and you have a recipe for healthy change.

On this video I meant to say, I am not eating carbs that come from grains. I get carbs from non high starch vegetables (no potatoes) and fruit low in sugar (no bananas) like most berries.
