Suppression is held in the physical/emotional/mental and spiritual unconscious.
In Body Electronics and more currently in The Gnostic Way, we are asking for this to be revealed to us as we approach the inner transmutational work. As it is observed/felt enthusiastically, we begin to feel more of what’s there.Venting is a necessary part of the transmutation process. Venting is in no way projection upon anyone or anything. When one feels perfectly willing to vent and has done so, the attempt to control the emoting while still feeling the emotion within is the next step. Following sufficient venting (intensified) we then move to control (contain) the emotion within. Holding the emotion intensely without emoting, the feeling of the emotion will increase. If this occurs and we enthusiastically contain within, encompassing in unconditional love, then we experience a thorough transmutation and rapid upscale movement. If there isn’t an increase of intensity of the present emotion when we contain (control) then we go back to venting, until we feel ready to contain again. This takes a lot of effort. Venting is a necessary part of the transmutation process. When thorough release (applying the laws of Love) of the held memory/emotion and words is fulfilled, we then attempt to control the emotion in a compression within.
Holding the emotion without emoting, the feeling (awareness) of the emotion increases.
By this active control, we move emotionally upscale. If there isn’t an increase of intensity of the present emotion when we contain (control) then we go back to venting. We become adept with practice.
