The patterns we are expressing on social media, such as ‘look at me’ with selfies and ‘don’t look at me’ with memes. This is an example of expressed duality. We can find so much about ourselves if we are looking. The emotional body/scale of emotion shows us where we are and an entrance into evolution. I am contemplating the motivations behind the expressions. What pattern is driving the expression. If we look deeper and deeper we will find the answers, and when found apply the simple formulas of transmutation. These are included in The Pink Book.
