c) Serrapeptase– Enerex. Excellent results taken at bedtime and morning away from food. There are studies that indicate the absorption of serrapeptase is more efficient with small amounts of zinc.

3. RAW PROTEIN- (necessary amino acids); bee pollen, hemp hearts, sprouts etc.
4. ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS- high quality cod liver oil and olive oil (unheated). Always organic. Remove canola, corn, soy, sunflower, cottonseed, palm and safflower oils from your diet. Avoid all trans fats. Cook with beef tallow, duck fat, clean lard, ghee, coconut oil. Therapeutic doses of evening primrose oil, black seed oil and flax oil, may be helpful.
5. PROBIOTICS
I have recently increased my probiotic intake to include L- reuteri and a new product by Living Alchemy called Terrain. It includes slippery elm bark and aloe. Also added butyric acid with excellent results (less inflammation).
