A Conscious Exercise
Today I look at the ways in which my mind identifies with anything. At what emotional level the attachment has developed. How is is embodied.
We can see with what we identify quite clearly in our outer environment if we pay attention.
Identity is essentially division. Separation from the inner essence.
Let’s look at the many ways we see ourself.
Then, lets feel what it is to let them go, one at a time. Little by little.
Clearing the inner space makes way for clarity.
