This inner transformation may be assisted by practicing alternate nostril breathing. The spine is the center for the cerebral spinal fluid to move. Harish Johari wrote many books on the ancient ways of Yogic and Ayurvedic wisdom. I respected him greatly. He taught about the Ida/Pingala and their movement up the Shushumna.

When beginning the practice of alternate nostril breathing, start slowing. It is a powerful strengthening of the spinal energetic movement.

As seen here, I am practicing outside on a piece of silk. Lets make Yoga ‘mats’ a thing of the past.
