If you have been following my work, you will have put together the puzzle of conscious creativity.

1. Rapid, conscious evolution begins in the physical body.

2. When physical principles are practised we open the doors to emotion.

3. When we actively engage in the powers of forgiveness, gratitude and love both internally and externally we fast track the stagnated suppression of emotion into reusable energy.

4. Here the gates where the mental body is made known.

5. Embracing the humility to see where, what and how we created with a dualistic program, we begin the task of merging the patterns into cohesion.

6. Here we see accumulation of the past, the ways in which we participated in the human collective.

7. When we have sufficiently transmuted the mental patterns, we naturally move into expanding awareness of spirit.

From here we more freely create with conscience and creativity without the hindrances of patterns and programming.
